3 Detection Systems
The Tropic is equipped with Three advanced search systems, which transform it into a highly versatile Multi-system device. This innovative design provides a range of search options and significantly streamlines the search process, making it easier and faster for users to find the target they want.
EFM Discrimination System
It can distinguish between precious and non-precious metals and describe their type as the device emits different tones for each type and the type of detected metal appears on the screen with the possibility of choosing the option to ignore iron, thus its type appears on the screen but the device does not make a sound.
It is recommended to use this system initially to determine the location and type of the target.
EFM Graph System
This system is used to detect the start, end, density, depth and size of the target through a two-dimensional graph. If it is a precious metal, the signal will be green and the higher the graph, the larger, closer or denser the target is.
If it is a non-precious metal, the device will give the opposite signal and in red. It is recommended to use this system when determining the location of the target in order to know its size and confirm its exact location.
EFM Quick Scan
This system allows the user to do scan process quicker than the other systems, and the device gives sound alert when the coil pass above the target. On the right side you will be informed about the metals type, and on the center when the number, is red color that means the metal is non-precious and if it is yellow then it is precious.
Pin pointing is also possible with a high depth reach, the more the target is close to the coil center the more sound alert will react.
